Had this happen with an Xfinity bill. Repeatedly wrote “no such person this address” and sent it back, no difference. Called Comcast and explained it, no difference.

Finally I just opened one and found out they had changed the SERVICE address, but not the MAILING address.

So I went online and filled out a change of address form:

It cost $1.10 to do it, but was worth it. All their mail was then routed to that service address.

I’d go back and preserve all the missing Doctor Who episodes. :)

I’m a bit bummed as lemmy.one was my introduction to the ecosystem. :(

OTOH, when they were having server problems, I set up a kbin account, but left it when it became clear I could only use the kbin app to access it. Looks like that’s shut down now too!
